Position SummaryThe Sr. Support Engineer, SAP HCM PY (Brazil Folha de Pagamento) provides remote support for mission-critical SAP applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and delivering fixes across complex, integrated environments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSolve complex SAP HCM PY issues using expert troubleshooting.Provide remote functional support & training for SAP HCM modules.Support client customizations and share best practices.Develop fixes for product defects and create scripts for data correction.Act as technical/functional advisor for assigned accounts.Collaborate in a 24x7 global support environment.Contribute to knowledge-sharing tools and methodologies.Experience10+ years SAP HCM PY (Brazil Folha de Pagamento).10+ years SAP HCM Brazil Time and SuccessFactors integration.Strong expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors troubleshooting.Knowledge of HR Talent Management processes.Experience with SuccessFactors data models, APIs, and integration tools.ECC and S/4 Hana full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and administration.Knowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and SAP architecture.Proven track record in SAP implementations and upgrades.SAP certification(s) preferred.SkillsFluent Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Deep knowledge of SAP customization/extension methodologies.Client-facing support experience.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Experience with ABAP Debug and Troubleshooting.Nice to have: SAP CPI, ABAP HR programming.Desired QualificationsExtensive knowledge of S/4 Hana modules and integration.Advantage: SAP Industry Solutions, Country-Specific Solutions, consulting background.Experience with global implementations.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.LocationBrazil, remote.
