With strong expertise in mobile UA, programmatic advertising, and SDK-based supply, Mintegral works with top advertisers, agencies, and publishers worldwide to drive sustainable growth.As part of our continued expansion in Latin America, we are looking for a Business Manager based in São Paulo to accelerate Mintegral’s growth across the LATAM region.Role OverviewThe Business Manager, LATAM will play a critical role in driving Mintegral’s business expansion across Latin America. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships, growing revenue, supporting key accounts, and strengthening Mintegral’s market presence with advertisers, agencies, and app publishers.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development and revenue growth for Mintegral across LATAM, with a strong focus on Brazil, Mexico, and other key regional marketsBuild and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, and mobile app developers, especially within performance marketing and UAIdentify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and vertical expansion across gaming and non-gaming sectorsCollaborate closely with global teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations) to support onboarding, campaign scaling, and performance optimizationProvide local market insights on LATAM trends, advertiser demand, pricing, and competitive landscapeSupport go-to-market initiatives, industry events, and partner meetings in the regionAct as a regional point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between LATAM partners and global stakeholdersQualifications & Requirements5+ years of experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, or digital performance marketingProven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the mobile ecosystemStrong understanding of mobile UA, programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP, SDK-based supply, or monetization platformsFluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken)Strong network and familiarity with the LATAM mobile advertising market, especially BrazilExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing, global organizationWhy Join MintegralBe part of a fast-growing global ad tech company with strong technology and premium mobile inventoryOpportunity to build and shape Mintegral’s LATAM business from the ground upWork closely with international teams and global partnersCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
