We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer who can design responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences inside Figma with a strong focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
The ideal candidate should have expert-level proficiency in Figma, solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows, and a strong understanding of CRO principles.
This person should be able to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality, be highly intuitive, and a good listener who can translate loose ideas or client feedback into clear, impactful designs.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally, this designer should also have excellent communication skills.
We prefer candidates with familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow, experience in light copywriting or structuring narrative-based landing pages, and comfort working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously.
