We focus not only on production, but also on animal welfare, social development, and sustainable consumption within our communities.What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?•Monitor and manage stock sales operations including product tracking, shipment tracking, system entries, reporting, and cross-functional communication (logistics, S&OP, sales)•Conduct sales analyses, provide detailed data breakdowns to guide the team, and support decision-making through dashboards•Provide data-driven insights, content, and information to enhance sales team productivity and support customer-side development and improvements•Prepare and ensure timely delivery of all sales-related presentations, supporting the team with regular and periodic reporting•Consolidate forecasts across OTC, mobile, general forecasts, and purchase orders (PO), finalize decisions, and ensure outputs are delivered to the planning team on time•Improve the efficiency of sales forecasting processes in the short and medium term•Manage and enhance the customer order tracking process, lead system improvement initiatives (e.g., EDI integration, route optimization), and ensure process continuity•Ensure all operations comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and antitrust laws•Stay up to date with relevant official and legal developments impacting the sales function•Analyze market trends from both supply and demand perspectives, interpret findings, and provide comprehensive reports to support strategic sales decisions•Act as a key liaison for internal and external sales teams, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments to create and execute action plans aligned with budget goals, maximizing efficiency and minimizing returnsWhat kind of profile are we looking for?•Graduate degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields•Minimum 5 year of professional experience in similar function•Sufficient English skills to manage basic written and verbal communication when required•Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in BandirmaWhat competencies are key to this role?•Proficiency in MS Office•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail•Excellent organizational and human skills, project management skills, ability to communicate knowledge to team members•Excellent communication and reporting skills; with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences•Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation packageProviderDescriptionEnabledSAP as service provider"route" is used for session stickiness"careerSiteCompanyId" is used to send the request to the correct data center"JSESSIONID" is placed on the visitor's device during the session so the server can identify the visitorProviderDescriptionEnabledLinkedIn
