Job Summary:
This role involves managing the delivery of key projects to customers across various technological platforms. As a Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager, you will lead teams and foster a collaborative environment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects on time, within scope, and budget requirements.
2. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements effectively.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to drive regular updates and quality control processes.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
5. Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks.
6. Ensure project teams meet service level agreements (SLAs) and avoid penalties.
7. Drive initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and improve team performance continuously.
8. Establish and monitor key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Experience in software development project management.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies.
