Requisitos
* Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Experience leading commercial teams.
* Experience in managing external sales and indirect channels.
* Experience in planning and executing commercial actions.
* Managing commercial indicators (sales, targets, PDU, conversion).
* Planning and executing campaigns.
* Trade‑marketing knowledge.
* Basic negotiation skills with suppliers and communication media.
* Basic understanding of technical operations.
* Strong institutional relationship skills.
* Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs).

Responsabilidades
* Experience the organizational identity of Grupo Brisanet.
* Ensure compliance with sector standards, processes, routines, and policies.
* Lead and align your team through follow‑ups, training, feedback, delegation, conflict resolution, motivation, performance evaluation, personnel requests, relocation, disciplinary actions, and other people‑management tasks.
* Promote the internalization of organizational culture within the team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, Strategy).
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators, setting short and medium‑term actions to improve deliveries.
* Seek innovations and improvements that increase productivity and performance in the area’s activities.
* Participate in audit processes when necessary.
* Prepare and present reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership as requested.
* Assist in defining the area’s strategic and budgetary planning when requested.
* Actively participate in organization meetings and commitments when requested.
* Use personal and collective safety equipment when necessary.
* Perform other related activities as required by the area and leadership direction.
* Supervise Commercial Leaders of Cities, monitoring goals, performance, and commercial development in each city under your responsibility.
* Ensure execution of sales strategies defined by the company, tracking commercial results and implementing action plans to improve indicators and strengthen the company’s presence in each city.
* Supervise the commercial partner network, monitoring brand ambassadors, store attendants, sales promoters, and local partner networks.
* Negotiate with marketing suppliers to conduct commercial actions in cities and with local media (radio, TV, digital influencers) to increase brand and product visibility.
* Support the logistics of commercial operations, ensuring teams and partners have the necessary resources.
* Maintain close relationships with IAT teams, facilitating ticket opening and technical support activation in emergencies.
* Manage institutional relationships, interacting with public bodies and local institutions when necessary, acting as a facilitator for the company’s commercial initiatives in the region.
* Continuously monitor performance indicators, tracking sales, activations, base growth, partner performance, and commercial development of cities.
