Role Summary
The primary function of the Sales and Marketing Consultant is to maximize the utilisation of MetroFibre offerings to achieve penetration targets. Positioning MetroFibre as the brand of choice amongst target customers and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategies through identified sales and marketing events.
Responsibilities
Drive active door-to-door sales and customer engagement within allocated areas.
Execute targeted marketing activations using branded gazebos, banners, and promotional materials to increase interest, visibility, and brand awareness.
Plan, organise, and participate in community events to build relationships, support sales objectives, and strengthen MetroFibre’s presence within the community.
Position MetroFibre as the preferred internet service provider in designated coverage areas.
Promote MetroFibre’s products, solutions, and value proposition to residential and community stakeholders to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives such as open days, information sessions, and local marketing campaigns aligned to business goals.
Prepare and submit weekly performance and activity reports as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including councilors, community representatives, property managers, and local influencers.
Represent the brand professionally and uphold MetroFibre’s reputation within the market.
Handle customer communications, feedback, queries, and complaints promptly, ensuring professional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work proactively to achieve sales targets and generate the required Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRC) through all available channels in your region.
Qualifications Required
Matric / Grade 12

Work Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in a telecommunication environment.
