 
        
        Our organization is looking for a highly skilled IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role will be based in Latin America and focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. Experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is essential. Strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals are also required. Key skills include ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, with Spanish and/or Portuguese being an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Leverage various sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling. Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
• Post job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations in LATAM and the U.S.
