Technical Cutover Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Cutover Specialist to lead our team's efforts in successfully going live with SAP S/4HANA localization and deployment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, their integration points, and prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and defined sequence.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW).
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
