Job Responsibilities:
1. Elaborate, analyze, review, and implement health, safety, and environmental programs and policies.
2. Conduct training sessions as an instructor, monitor training expirations, and provide refresher courses.
3. Manage the expiration of ASOs and exams according to the PCMSO program.
4. Control stock of PPEs and EPCs, request purchases, and verify certificate validity.
5. Oversee the setup of accommodations, report accidents and incidents, and handle related documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with safety norms and procedures, providing guidance and disciplinary actions as needed.
7. Identify risks, monitor activities, and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents.
8. Develop educational actions related to health and safety.
9. Participate in inspections, investigations, and audits.
10. Manage health, safety, and environmental documentation.
11. Visit worksites and accommodations regularly, and prepare inspection reports.
12. Manage PPE, EPC, and uniform inventory and logistics.
13. Drive company vehicles for site visits and other work-related travel.
14. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven work experience in the field, with a valid work history.
* Residence in the Brumadinho/MG region.
* Experience in fieldwork and construction sites.
