We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this hybrid role you will provide essential support to our Field Service Coordinator, the team and customers.

What you will do as a Field Service Technician:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment.
* Commissioning of equipment.
* Supervise the assembly and operation of equipment.
* Train the operation and maintenance team on the equipment.
* Communicate the progress of work to the Area Supervisor.
* Perform equipment repairs and chemical cleaning of membranes at Fluence.
* Receive and respond to service requests, complaints, and technical inquiries from internal and external customers.
* Prepare technical reports on the work carried out, as well as in cases of failures or proposals for improvements on existing equipment or processes.
* Request and control operational parameter monitoring spreadsheets for the equipment.
* Complete knowledge of the equipment, components, and their applications.
* Act as a liaison with the customer regarding technical aspects of equipment already sold.
* Stay updated on technological advancements.
* Provide feedback on technical aspects for future improvements.
* Provide feedback to the sales area on job opportunities identified in the field.
* Prepare travel expense reports for service execution.
* Keep personal tools and work equipment in order.
* Knowledge of the commissioning procedures for different equipment and their corresponding records.
* Prepare Service Notes.

Who you are and What you Bring to the Table:
* Residence in Fortaleza or nearby cities
* Academic Level: Chemical Technician or Engineer
* Knowledge of IT tools: Office packages.
* Experience: 2 years in a similar position, Process Engineer, Inverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration
* Availability to travel: required.
* Driver's license: required.
