About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by coordinating training sessions and ensuring their proper execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze the training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train the overall number of trainees.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and ensure their smooth execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* Deliver Learner Support Level 2.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to international work environments.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented mindset is essential.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized with excellent prioritization skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is beneficial.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS platforms is an added advantage.
* Fluent in English language.
