At this position, you will have the opportunity to excel as an Account Manager and drive the success of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
* Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
* Work on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsells
* Ensure client retention by maintaining high levels of satisfaction so they continue to work with us.
As an ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Additionally, you should have +1 year of experience as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts.
