About the Role
We're looking for a high‑ownership, consultative Account Executive to drive new business for Foundey.
This is an end‑to‑end sales role where you'll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through discovery, strategic alignment, proposal development, and close.
You’ll work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineering executives at fast‑growing SaaS and AI companies.
Success in this role requires strong discovery skills, the ability to diagnose product and growth challenges, and comfort selling high‑value design engagements.
This is not a transactional sales motion.
It requires both commercial sharpness and genuine empathy — someone who listens deeply, understands a founder's context and constraints, and builds trust through thoughtful, consultative conversations, not just pressure‑driven tactics.
What You'll Do

Own and close B2B SaaS deals end‑to‑end, working with cutting‑edge startups to Series A/B organizations
Generate outbound pipeline and build opportunities from scratch
Sell SaaS, technology solutions, or tech‑enabled services (especially UX/UI, but also graphic, web and motion design services)
Lead strategic discovery calls with senior decision‑makers
Run compelling discovery calls and live working sessions, along with delivering executive‑level presentations
Multi‑thread deals across stakeholders
Drive negotiations with confidence
Maintain disciplined forecasting and deal control
Consistently exceed aggressive revenue quotas

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong experience closing enterprise SaaS and/or technology solutions
Bonus: UX/UI service deals
Proven, documented track record of exceeding quota
Experience selling to startups and scale‑ups, especially within North America
Deep understanding of selling technology to product‑driven companies
Native or fluent English (mandatory)
Exceptional closing, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills
Executive presence and strong communication
Highly competitive, resilient, and performance‑driven
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early‑stage environments
High ownership mindset with a drive to create impact

Must‑haves

You have demonstrated closing opportunities from end‑to‑end
Take full ownership of achieving your quarterly quota / goals
You thrive in a high‑pace environment
Demonstrated the ability to close multi‑threaded deals
Ability to work with multiple buyer personas – Founders, CEOs, CIO/CTO, VP of Engineering
