About the role: We are looking for a BizOps Program Architect/Integration Team Lead to join our Business Operations organization. This role will serve as the strategic and technical anchor for BizOps solutions, responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and reusable systems and integrations that power the company’s business operations and data ecosystem. The Program Architect will define blueprints for new business products and projects, guide multiple development squads on best practices, and lead the integration development team. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and business process optimization—shaping the foundation for efficient, reliable, and data-driven operational platforms.
