Payroll coordination and support, including working with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes, new hires, and terminations. Participate in team meetings, HR planning sessions, and company events. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units/leaders. Consults with managers, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Assisting with performance management administration, including tracking performance reviews and supporting managers through the process. Coordination of HR compliance postings and documentation, ensuring required labor law notices and internal documentation are maintained. Support for HR reporting and workforce data analysis, including preparing reports on headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support the recruitment administrative efforts for a variety of roles in the Americas region. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate selection processes. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes, onboarding, and offboarding management. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Collaboration with payroll, finance, and IT teams to support employee lifecycle processes (new hires, transfers, terminations, system access).Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Support positive employee relations through timely issue resolution and coaching Assist in investigations related to employee complaints or policy violations. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and engaging workplace cultureHR Projects & Initiatives Lead and support HR initiatives, including engagement programs, process improvements, and compliance-related activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR projects Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure goals are achievedPolicy & SOP Development Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with company standards and employment laws. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., ADP and SuccessFactors).Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution. Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state-owned employment laws. Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Domestic travel required, approximately 5% to 20%.
