Account Manager Role Summary

About the role:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, building strong connections.
* Foster effective communication to sustain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities in support of the Sales team.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
* Champion customer satisfaction by translating feedback into actionable product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing roles within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
