Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.About the Role:Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.Participate in testing and deployment activities.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Maintain documentation for development and configuration.Requirements:3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.Experience with platform administration and configuration.Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)Preferred Certifications:Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)This position pays competitively.
