Role Overview
the8a is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to work exclusively with one of our premier clients: a global leader in Customer Engagement Saa S. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational engine behind AMER and LATAM marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless campaign execution and uncompromising data integrity. You will be a key connector within a multicultural ecosystem, collaborating daily with our vibrant teams in São Paulo and New York City while reporting directly to a U. S.-based Senior Manager.

Our client is a fast-growing, world-class technology company specialized in customer engagement. They provide a high-scale Saa S platform that powers real-time, cross-channel messaging (push notifications, emails, and texts) for the world's most recognizable brands. Working here means operating at the forefront of the "right message, right time" marketing revolution.

The Role & US-Team Dynamics
We are looking for a technical "engine" who thrives in high-volume, execution-heavy environments. You will work directly with a US-based operations team, requiring a comfort level with high-velocity communication, direct feedback, and the deadline-driven nature of a US-managed Saa S environment. This is not a role for generalists; it is for specialists who enjoy the technical architecture of marketing.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Activation from Scratch: You will monitor campaigns and;l build Marketo programs from the ground up—including smart lists, complex nurture streams, flow steps, and the strategic use of tokens for global scalability. Systems Architecture & Sync: Manage the technical synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce. You will ensure that Marketo program statuses translate accurately to Salesforce Campaign Member statuses to protect attribution data. Tracking & Attribution Guardrails: Implement and troubleshoot UTM parameters and tracking logic across AMER and LATAM regions, ensuring the global reporting engine remains 100% accurate. Data Integrity & QA: Perform rigorous database cleaning and segmentation QA to ensure no "dirty" data enters the global CRM, maintaining a pristine marketing funnel.
Global Collaboration: Lead technical updates in daily syncs with NYC/US stakeholders regarding campaign readiness and system health.
Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable) Marketo Specialist (2+ Years): Mandatory hands-on experience specifically building in Marketo. You must demonstrate proficiency in building smart campaigns and nurture flows. Experience with Hub Spot, RD Station, or other platforms is not a substitute for this requirement. Salesforce Expert: Professional experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically managing lead/contact objects, campaign members, and understanding the lead-to-revenue lifecycle in a technical capacity. B2 B Saa S Mandate: Proven experience working within a B2 B Saa S marketing team, ideally supporting AMER or global revenue teams. You must understand Saa S-specific metrics (Sales Velocity, MQL/SQL lifecycles). Analytical Foundation: Proficiency in Excel and ideally SQL to identify and resolve data discrepancies across the technical stack.
Fluent English: Mandatory fluency. You will report directly to managers in the US and must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and efficiently in English.
