About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations to assess candidate skills and competencies
* Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on relevant platforms
* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to create a shortlist of qualified prospects
* Cordinate job offers, contracts, and other employment-related activities
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment
* Proven track record of success in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience working with CRM or ATS systems an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
