**Job Summary**
**Are you an enthusiastic, proactive self-starter with a minimum of 5 years proven property management experience, who can manage property leases and occupational agreements for the organisation.**
**The Role**
You will be responsible for:
- ensuring all leases are entered into with financial flexibility, risk management and are of benefit to the organisation.
- leading on the planning stage of property projects from inception to pre-implementation, playing a pivotal role in planning and carrying out initiatives that will benefit the company.
- delivering successful, ad hoc property specific tasks in collaboration with Head of Property Management and Service Managers/Area Directors.
- the strategic review of property contracts/ key lease events and opportunities.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively in a variety of locations depending on the nature and location of the workload and projects being undertaken.
This is a diverse role and would suit someone with a broad range of experience and knowledge, including experience of commercial, charitable and local authority property processes and procedures, strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements, knowledge and understanding of property leases, licences and agreements and relevant processes.
Project management experience and the ability to work both with a high degree of autonomy and as part of diverse teams.
