About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles at our organization. This role involves facilitating candidate sourcing, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization, with the ability to activate external sourcing channels as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams for assigned projects.
* Manage multiple client requirements concurrently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Conduct talent pool assessments and identify supply-demand gaps to inform strategic decision-making.
* Activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient, partnering with recruiting and sourcing teams to improve process efficiency.
* Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring accurate data visibility across systems and timely ramp-ups for customer-side roles.
* Collaborate with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations, maintaining proactive communication and alignment on timelines and expectations.
* Track and report fulfilment metrics, including fill rates, turnaround times, and candidate quality to drive continuous improvement.
