Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the development and training of AI Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves guiding AI models to understand complex chemistry concepts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and contextual understanding in the domain.
This individual will collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to train, refine, and evaluate LLMs focused on Chemistry content. They will develop high-quality datasets, including conceptual explanations, technical documents, research abstracts, and problem-solving content.
The SME will review and validate AI-generated content for technical accuracy, clarity, and contextual relevance in Chemistry. They will provide expert feedback on model outputs, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to enhance model learning.
Key qualifications include a Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific fields. The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of chemistry concepts, as well as prior experience in academic research, technical writing, or teaching.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and a passion for accuracy and scientific precision are essential. Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models is preferred but not mandatory.
