Sales Support Specialist - In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, client requests, and supplier processes.You will work closely with our Sales Director and Managers, bridging commercial, administrative, financial, and logistical tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple processes, and contributing directly to the success of international sales operations.What You Will Do Sales & Back-Office Support Manage client/vendor portals, including quotations, registrations, and contract documentation.Support Sales Managers with key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of requests.Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned products/services:
quotations, importation, resale, tax calculations, and billing.Administrative & Compliance Maintain supplier orders, registrations, and compliance documentation.Ensure all processes (finance, freight, importation, delivery) are executed accurately and within deadlines.Control system access, CRM data, and documentation consistency during migrations.Logistics & Supply Chain Manage import/export operations, coordinating suppliers and logistics partners.Negotiate with alternative suppliers to optimize costs and reduce risks.Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure reliable supply chain solutions.Financial Oversight Monitor billing, contracts, and supplier financial flows.Verify commission calculations and prevent discrepancies.Provide Sales Managers with insights on import/export costs to strengthen pricing strategies.What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in Oil & Gas, energy, or industrial sectors.Strong expertise in import/export, financial controls, and compliance processes.Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.Experience with client/vendor portals is a strong plus.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese;
