The Client Success Manager will oversee client relationships, primarily with chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. This role combines communication, data analysis, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
* Be the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
* Communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed ahead of their inquiries.
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide new clients through setup: ensuring tracking, configuration, and campaigns are properly set up.
* Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like cost-per-lead, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
* Identify drops or issues early and diagnose potential causes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or lead generation is beneficial.
* Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
* Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable steps is crucial.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset is vital. Comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment is also necessary. A team player who collaborates effectively across departments is ideal.
