Key Account Manager Opportunity
Job Description
This role is designed for a motivated and results-driven professional who can build strong relationships with our clients and drive business growth.
The primary objective of this position is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center, negotiating conditions to maximize conversion and ensuring the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong business relationships with the hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and the competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions with the goal of maximizing conversion and ensuring the highest competitiveness index for the assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with the demand from our agency network.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or other services, in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation.
* Negotiation skills.
* An advanced level of English.
