Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the success of client PR campaigns by developing media strategies, conducting targeted outreach, and maintaining regular communication with both clients and media contacts.
* Develop and execute strategic PR plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Build and grow new client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
* Conduct in-depth media research and build targeted media lists to optimize campaign effectiveness.
* Secure and filter media opportunities, responding promptly to ensure timely coverage.
* Schedule and coordinate media interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
* Follow up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
* Monitor coverage through Google Alerts and track mentions or product features to measure campaign success.
* Facilitate writing projects with the team to align with client goals and deliverables.
* Stay up-to-date on industry news trends and identify timely angles for client exposure.
* Provide daily (Monday–Friday) client updates and maintain consistent communication to keep clients informed.
* Prepare and send biweekly and monthly reports and lookbooks to showcase campaign progress and achievements.
* Maintain updated media trackers to record media coverage and interview status, ensuring accurate data for future campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in account growth, PR, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong media relations and outreach abilities.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
