Job Summary:
The role of Corporate Development Manager involves creating strong strategic business partnerships to source current and future M&A opportunities. This entails building relationships, maintaining them, and making acquisitions through time.
Responsibilities:
* Develop an effective M&A pipeline using a CRM platform.
* Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets by efficiently qualifying opportunities.
* Allocate the lead database accurately across portfolio verticals.
* Qualify high-potential acquisition opportunities to focus on key business units.
Requirements:
* At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
* A demonstrated interest in developing long-term relationships with strategic partners.
* Previous success in autonomous Business Development roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Executive presence to interact with CEOs, M&A advisors, and other industry professionals.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with variable work hours.
* Exceptional work ethic and proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.
Key Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
