As a Data Scientist, you'll design and implement customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data. This involves analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights that drive business growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
Additionally, you'll integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar tools.
Advanced analytics and machine learning techniques will be applied to address intricate problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
