Key Responsibilities:
* We transform raw footage and UGC clips into engaging short-form ads (15-90 seconds) that drive conversions.
* Craft compelling hooks to grab attention in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims).
* We deploy visual elements: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions.
Requirements:
* Strong level of fluent English fluency is a must.
* At least 2 years of editing experience for DTC/eCommerce brands (beauty, health, or supplements ideal).
* A portfolio demonstrating successful direct response ads with high conversion rates is required.
