Job Description:
IT experience
Must have experience in handling large Salesforce project as Delivery manager / Program manager / Delivery leadership / Governance
Should have strong implementation experience of the Salesforce CRM platform
Should have strong experience in managing multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Should be capable of managing big team with prime responsibility as Delivery and operations for multiple track
Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Responsible for Epic and feature releases to client as per quarter plan.
Conducting Monthly Governance and weekly status update with business & IT stakeholders
Closely engaged with Salesforce to build an umbrella solution for Senior executive reporting
