About the Role
* Create and execute assigned projects/tasks, revising as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.
* Develop and maintain best practices for Back Office/Accounting/Operations/Finance requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of projects.
* Manage deliverables, ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and dependencies aligned with functional/business owners.
Key Requirements
* Strong grasp of accounting principles.
* Proven track record of delivering accounting and finance-related solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of trade flow, trading systems, and related concepts and technology.
* Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner.
* Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication skills at all levels of technical and business resources.
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in Spanish language (required).
