Scrum Master Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in driving project success.
* The successful candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and methodologies.
* They will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure effective collaboration and efficient delivery.
* Our ideal candidate will have experience working with distributed, global teams and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
