Lead technical cutover activities for a global SAP S/4HANA deployment in the RISE private cloud on MS Azure.
About the Role
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide project team efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA.
* Coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
