Job Description
This role is ideal for a highly skilled Product/UX Designer who can drive the design of multiple products, from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design experiences across three core products and working closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet the needs of users.
The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration, and the role requires a strong bias for action, scrappy attitude, and ability to communicate effectively. Strong proficiency in Figma, along with experience designing for similar users (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals), is highly valued.
About the Role
* Define and lead the design experiences across three core products - web and mobile.
* Take ideas from concept to completion.
* Conduct and manage full research process from planning and scheduling to execution and synthesis.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
* Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and good taste in visual design.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Strong proficiency in Figma with ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.

Interview Process
