A ética e integridade fazem parte de todas as relações de negócio, assim como a humildade, comprometimento e diversidade.Job DescriptionLouis Dreyfus Company (LDC), established in 1851, is a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods (also called commodity trading) with more than employees worldwide.In 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to:Lead the Finance Transformation of the groupDigitalize LDC Processes and organizationsHelp LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best toolsIn 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiating a Global Finance Transformation and Digitilization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement). It consists into a:Reshaping of accounting and controlling processesThe implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence, ARIBAAs of 2025, implementations have been done in several regions, including countries such as Argentina, Suisse, US, China. The program roadmap ends around 2028 and will be followed by other transformations project on other systems.The FPSO team consist into an international team of experiences resources with strong expertise in their domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions. They coordinate the different on-going project in the LDC world for their respective scope.Main ResponsibilitiesThe FPSO team is looking for FPSO Specialist Commercial Flows, who will be mainly in charge of the transportation E2E flow (including the integration with purchase and sales processes).The FPSO Specialist Commercial flows:On one side, guarantees the LDC Group practices and processes related to commercial processesOn the other side, support countries in their execution but also guarantee efficiency in terms of tools, organization and processes.This applies in different kind of activities:Live countries support and small enhancements : enhance user experience, provide continuous improvement, be the core model keeper and supervise the delivery of changes, keep documentation up to dateSmall projects, called "Ad-Hoc": launch and drive initiatives to improve BOLDBOLD implementations in new countries : act as a referent for CORE processes and data related to his scope. Find the balance between local needs and Group requirementsInnovation: support initiatives integrated with BOLD linked to innovation (analytics, automation, switch to paperless)The FPSO Specialist Commercial flows will work for BOLD implementation in new countries, concretely in Brazil rollout (BORA Project), in charge of group of processes related to Commercial flows, as well as being responsible for scope and deadlines.This role requires close relationship with our Business partners, other members of the Program, especially with, EPSO (for execution), IPSO (for Industry) and hand-in- hand collaboration with our DT&A departments and Front Office implementation team.On top of his/her activities related to Global Finance Transformation, the FPSO Specialist Senior Commercial flow will help the group to switch to other transformation initiative (such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Block chain) by providing his/her functional expertise.Experience3/5years of strong operational experience ideally.The candidate will have several or more of the below items:Experience in Finance Transformation projects, specially focusing in Commercial flows areasExperience and expertise on SAP S/4 for TM module or other transportation management solutions. Understanding on MM and SD modules would also be valued.Experience from a Finance Consulting or Technology Consulting firmParticipation in Finance transformation project either as an internal or as an external resourceExperience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership roleWorking experience in companies dedicated to agriculture or commodity businessExperience in working in project modeExperience in international environmentsExperience in process design and implementation in an IT toolExperience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environmentOther Skills (Computer Skills, Etc)Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required.Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action.Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic.Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail.Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under time pressure and result oriented.Languages:English (fluent)AcademicsLeading business school, Leading Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in:Information System and/orFinance/Accounting and/orProcess & organization managementAdditional InformationAdditional Information for the job
