Automotive UX Research Coordinator Role
* This is a unique opportunity to lead a fast-moving automotive UX study in São Paulo as a coordinator.
We're looking for a bilingual project-management professional with a solid technical toolkit and on-the-ground research chops to orchestrate day-to-day study operations, assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and provide light device/IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Coordination: Build and own the project plan—timelines, budget, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Field & Research Execution: Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Technical & Logistics Support: Prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute study.
Requirements:
* Bilingual (Portuguese/English): Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Comfort with Technology: Diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
About the Opportunity
* Term: 3 months (~40 hrs/week). Hybrid: Remote most days; up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
* Compensation: Competitive monthly contractor rate in BRL, based on experience.
