As an Account Manager, you will be the key figure in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth opportunities while providing exceptional support and ensuring our partners' confidence in our platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding through to the lifetime of the account on our platform. This includes facilitating the adaptation of our clients to new features and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your role requires a unique blend of direct response marketing knowledge, strategy implementation, and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication is essential, as well as proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, time management, planning, and prioritization capabilities, above-average organization, and a quick learning ability.
We are looking for someone who can speak fluent English and Portuguese, with Spanish being a plus. As an Account Manager, you will work independently to achieve account satisfaction, while also collaborating with team members across various departments when necessary.
Your responsibilities include:
* Assisting accounts with navigation of our platform, including introducing new features, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
* Fostering continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicating quickly and clearly to accounts via chat or video call, following up frequently until resolution is met
* Tracking daily tasks and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Continued self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
