Responsibilities
1. Backlog Management & Kanban Optimization
o Evaluate and prioritize tasks on the Kanban board to ensure smooth task flow and meet deployment goals.
o Communicate risks, issues, and quality concerns to the project manager and relevant team members.
2. Task Definition & Refinement
o Analyze and write detailed descriptions for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
o Evaluate problems and solutions to align with product objectives.
3. Outcome Validation
o Verify whether new features or fixes resolved the original problem and improved targeted metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven skills in Product Management and Business Analysis.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
* Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
