Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead our Agile teams. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitation & Coordination:
* You will be responsible for orchestrating major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt. This will involve managing the ART calendar and ensuring program-level cadence.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to drive project success.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles to ensure everyone is on the same page.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks that may impact project timelines.
* Educate stakeholders and leadership on potential roadblocks and provide recommendations for resolution.
* Flow & Value Optimization:
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Salesforce knowledge is appreciated but not necessary.
* JIRA is required.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
* Leverage your expertise to link business strategy to technical execution.
