Job Title: Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery specialist to lead teams in a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment.
This role focuses on facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives. The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach cross-functional teams.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
* Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, SEO/content, analytics)
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers
