Business Development Role
UserGuiding helps web applications improve ease of use by enabling interactive product tours and personalized guides.
This role aims to increase pipeline and generate demand in Brazil by building strong relationships with associations, influencers, and communities.
The person in this position will work closely with the marketing team, reporting weekly on partnerships, events, and lead generation metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and build relationships with associations, communities, and influencers.
* Organize partnership calls and follow up with stakeholders.
* Create and maintain a list of relevant industry events.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners in the ecosystem.
* Attend or represent the company at local events, meetups, and workshops.
Community & Customer Relations:
* Lead and grow our community presence in Brazil.
* Build strong relationships with customers and webinar attendees.
* Engage with users and prospects on LinkedIn; send connection requests, interact with posts, and identify advocates.
* Understand customer needs and collect insights to improve local strategy and messaging for different purposes.
* Help with local content creation (reports, articles, or interviews).
Brand Awareness:
* Explore PR opportunities to feature the company in Brazilian magazines, online blogs, podcasts, social media influencers, and panels.
* Coordinate or organize small gatherings, dinners, or networking events for target audiences.
* Represent the company in local communities and industry discussions.
