About this role
This position will assist with ongoing deliveries and communicate with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat. Key responsibilities include monitoring deliveries, answering customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Monitoring deliveries and communicating with drivers and shippers.
 * Answering customer queries and resolving delivery-related issues.
Requirements:
 * English language proficiency.
 * Ability to work within Eastern US time zone (EDT).
 * Previous experience in logistics, courier operations, call centers, or customer support roles.
