Project Overview:
* Luxoft is partnering with a fintech to bring Open Banking to the North American market.
* A state-of-the-art, cloud-native SaaS solution has been built, implementing the FDX APIs, to facilitate Open Banking across a broad spectrum of financial services institutions within North America.
Your Role:
* The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* You will work closely with clients to ensure effective management reporting and governance.
* Provide expert knowledge on Open Banking workflows and mentor the broader support team.
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to guarantee smooth operation of the platform.
Key Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Strong working knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous experience leading a support team and successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
* Experience interacting with senior client management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking expertise.
* Fluency in French (B2 or above).
