Job Description:
The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they see maximum value from our services and continue to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries.
* Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Ongoing Support & Strategy: Regularly check in with clients to review performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* Retailation & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses.
* Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
* Training & Education: Educate clients on best practices for using our Marketing Ninjas Lead Engine, powered by GoHighLevel.
* Performance Monitoring: Track client success metrics and proactively reach out to offer guidance and improvements.
