About the Project:
We are seeking participants to document their daily work activities as part of a unique data collection initiative. Participants will wear head-mounted cameras to capture their maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting processes for 5 days within a 2-week window.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Wear a head-mounted camera to capture daily activities
* Record at least 7 hours per day, with flexibility to take breaks and pause the camera for privacy
* Upload footage to a secure platform, review clips, and choose to delete or anonymize them
Household Requirements:
* No children (under 18) present or visiting during the recording period
* Adults in the space must be fluent English speakers and consent to being recorded
* Must live in a private, self-contained apartment or building
* All household members must agree to appear in the footage
Participant Requirements:
* Must work indoors in non-customer-facing roles
* Participants sharing the same workplace or household should both have a camera mounted during the activity
* Preferably engaged in manual or creative work
* Must be self-employed or have employer consent to record in the work environment
* Able to use a computer for basic tasks like reviewing and uploading video clips
Technical Requirements:
* Must have access to a computer and internet connection
* Comfortable using web-based tools for uploading and reviewing clips
* Camera and accessories will be provided for the duration of the project
