We are looking for a candidate with impeccable taste and a deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for researching competitors, identifying winning visual trends, and producing high-quality ad creatives that stop the scroll.Responsibilities: Create high-conversion ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and GIFs for paid social platforms.Conduct ongoing research on competitor ads and market trends to identify effective visual concepts and adapt them for client campaigns.Develop multiple iterations of the same creative concept, testing variations in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout to maximize performance.Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control to enable fast and efficient creative production.Requirements:Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency, focused on creating ad creatives.A mandatory portfolio showcasing real creatives used in live campaigns (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Asana, Slack, Foreplay, Meta Ad Library.Professional English (B2/C1+)The portfolio must demonstrate strong typography skills. Outdated fonts, generic selections, or poor spacing are considered disqualifying.
