Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft 365 Administration:
o Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
o Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.).
o Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
2. Identity & Access Management (IAM):
o Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
o Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications.
o Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM.
* Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features.
