Role Overview
This position oversees the delivery of high-quality service for Orbia's global business applications, including SAP ECC and S/4.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and implement best practices for application development in SAP ECC and S/4.
* Serve as a point of contact for Orbia's companies in LATAM, guiding them through the service delivery model and ensuring timely support.
* Provide operational support for in-house developed applications and integrations, as well as legacy applications when needed.
* Evaluate and drive automation initiatives to reduce incidents and promote self-service.
* Drive new ways of working in collaboration with the AMS partner, such as DevOps or Scrum.
This is a senior-level role requiring excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 technical and development functionalities, and experience with the ITIL framework.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Good knowledge of the ITIL framework.
