Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead key account management within our designated territory.
About the Role:

* Oversee existing client relationships, driving growth and identifying new opportunities.
* Develop strategic account plans, fostering account expansion and revenue enhancement.
* Secure new key accounts, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions tailored to their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from clients, informing the creation of new products and services.
* Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, effective in establishing and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Extensive experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercially astute understanding of B2B business, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required, Portuguese is preferred, and Spanish is an asset.
